Will you sign an NDA before I send drawings?
Yes. Tick NDA in the request and we send a confidentiality agreement to sign before you share data. Files are deleted after completion on request.
What tolerances does 3D printing achieve?
Typically ±0.2 mm for FDM and ±0.1 mm for SLA. Critical dimensions are calibrated on a sample before a series. Minimum wall thickness is 1.2 mm for FDM and 0.6 mm for SLA.
Is 3D printing worth it for hundreds of pieces?
For tens to low hundreds, yes, when injection tooling does not pay off or the part is still changing. For thousands we recommend injection moulding and prepare the files for the tool.
