How fast will I get a quote?
Within 48 hours on working days. Simple parts from a file often sooner. Design projects within 5 working days, because we discuss scope first.
Is the quote binding?
Not for you. For us, yes: the price in the quote holds unless the brief changes.
What is the minimum order?
[to be confirmed] € excl. VAT. It covers print preparation, inspection and packaging of one piece.
Can I order one piece?
Yes. Most prototypes and spare parts are one piece.
Files and models
Which formats do you accept?
STL, STEP, OBJ and 3MF for printing. PDF drawings, JPG and PNG photos for modelling. Native CAD formats by arrangement.
I have no 3D model. What now?
Send a sketch, a photo with a ruler or the damaged part. We model it at [to be confirmed] €/h with an estimate of the hours up front.
Do you check whether the model can be printed?
Yes, every file goes through a manufacturability check. If a wall needs reinforcing or the orientation changing, we propose it in the quote.
Lead times and delivery
How long does production take?
FDM parts up to 250 mm in 3 to 5 working days, SLA in 3 to 6, larger parts and series in 5 to 10. Express on request with a [to be confirmed]% surcharge.
How do you deliver?
Courier to your address, Packeta or pickup in Nitra and Bratislava. Free shipping from [to be confirmed] €.
Do you deliver to Czechia and Austria?
Yes, by courier. International shipping prices are stated in the quote.
Payment, invoices and data
How do I pay?
Bank transfer against an invoice. Regular business customers get payment terms. Card by arrangement.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you send data. Tick NDA in the request and we send you the agreement.
What happens to my files?
We use them only for your project. On request we delete them after delivery. We never publish them.
